TechCraft Studios is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with your use of our mobile game, Zumania , available on the Google Play Store. Zumania is a marble-matching game designed for entertainment purposes. Please read this policy carefully to understand our practices.

  1. Information We Collect

1.1 Personal Information
We do not collect personal information such as your name, email address, or device identifiers (e.g., IMEI or MAC address) directly through Zumania. The App does not require login credentials or user accounts, and we do not collect such data.

1.2 Non-Personal Information

  • Game Data: We store basic gameplay data locally on your device, such as your progress or high scores. This data is not transmitted to us or any third party and remains on your device unless you uninstall the App.
  • Permissions-Based Data: Zumania requests the following permissions, but we do not use them to collect personal data:
    • Internet (android.permission.INTERNET): Used to load advertisements from Admob.
    • Access Network State (android.permission.ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE): Used to check network availability for ad loading.
    • Ad ID (com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID): Used by Admob to provide personalized ads (see Section 2 for details).

1.3 Third-Party Data Collection (Admob)
Zumania integrates Google Admob to display advertisements. Admob may collect certain data for ad personalization and analytics, such as:

  • Approximate location (derived from IP address)
  • Advertising ID (a unique identifier for ad tracking)
  • Device information (e.g., OS version, device type)
  • Usage data (e.g., ad interactions)

  1. How We Use Information
  • Locally Stored Data: Gameplay data (e.g., scores) is used solely to enhance your experience within Zumania and is stored on your device.
  • Advertisements: The permissions for internet and Ad ID are used exclusively to serve ads via Admob. We do not use this access for any other purpose.

We do not share, sell, or transfer any data collected by the App to third parties, except as facilitated by Admob for advertising purposes.

  1. Data Storage and Security
  • Local Storage: All gameplay data is stored locally on your device. We do not upload this data to servers or cloud storage.
  • Security: Since we do not collect or transmit personal data, there is no risk of data breaches from our end. Data stored locally is as secure as your device’s own security measures.

If you uninstall Zumania, all locally stored data will be deleted automatically.

  1. Third-Party Services (Admob)

Zumania uses Google Admob to display banner and interstitial ads. Admob may use cookies, Advertising ID, and other technologies to serve personalized ads based on your interests. You can manage your ad personalization settings through your device’s Google settings:

  • On Android: Go to Settings > Google > Ads to opt out of personalized ads or reset your Advertising ID.

  1. Children’s Privacy

Zumania is intended for general audiences and is not specifically directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. However, Admob’s ad-serving may still apply to users of all ages. Parents or guardians should review Google’s policies if concerned about ad-related data collection.

  1. Your Choices
  • Ad Personalization: You can disable personalized ads via your device settings (see Section 4).
  • Permissions: You may revoke internet access via your device settings, but this will prevent ads from loading, though the game will remain fully functional offline.
  • Data Deletion: Uninstalling Zumania removes all locally stored gameplay data.
  1. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the App or legal requirements. The updated policy will be posted within the App or on our Google Play Store listing, with the effective date revised accordingly. Continued use of Zumania after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
